Full Stack Developer

A Full Stack Developer is required on a permanent basis for a leading sports broadcasting and media business to join their new expanding team. The role is based in Milton Keynes and there is a hybrid arrangement of time in the office and working from home. You would be expected to be in the office 2/3 times a week.

The client is looking for the candidate to have knowledge in Java on the back end and React/Angular on the front end. The successful candidate will be responsible for all of the user experience and development of all of my client’s digital products, ensuring customer experience is optimised in order to improve productivity.

Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in front end technologies such as React and/or Angular.
• Expertise in Java.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions with a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design.
• Develop APIs and RESTful services.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with key Stakeholders to and when required.  
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quick turnaround environment.
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
