Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Payments Expertise: Strong background in payment systems, especially with recent developments in ISO 2022, SWIFT, payment notifications, and payment screening.
  • API Delivery: Demonstrated experience in delivering effective payment APIs.
  • Financial Services Acumen: Deep understanding of the latest trends and shifts in the financial services industry.


  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple change projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and successful delivery.
  • Documentation Oversight: Maintain high-quality project documentation, including business cases and RAID logs.
  • Workstream Management: Effectively oversee various project workstreams to ensure timely implementation of changes.
  • Effective Communication: Establish clear lines of communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Budget Management: Handle project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Innovative Solutions: Contribute to the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Agile Advocacy: Support and facilitate agile development methodologies, focusing on quality and continuous delivery.
  • Supplier Relations: Work with external suppliers to ensure quality goods and services are received.
