CRM Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Software Engineer, as a CRM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining customer relationship management software solutions using FreshWorks CRM platform.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM software applications.
• Develop efficient and scalable data models within the CRM system,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM system with various APIs.
• Customize the CRM software to meet specific business needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and software developers to gather requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities within the CRM system to ensure the reliability, stability, and security of the software.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Software Engineer or a similar role,
• Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and development using programming languages
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Experience with API integration and familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements, identify technical solutions within the platform, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
