About the Company: Synapri is collaborating with an established multinational organisation that provides sustainability solutions with a focus to positively contribute to and protect the environment.
Job Description: Our client are looking for an Associate Director of Business Applications to join their Enterprise Technology Leadership Team and build out and lead a function that supports their core business software. The successful candidate will be confident in recommending or providing input to architecture-focused or technical decisions, creating a technical training strategy/framework, leading a team that supports end-to-end implementations of new systems, and collaborating with cross functional teams including Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Security etc.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with varied HRIS, HCM, HRMS, LMS, contract lifecycle, project management or service management systems
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Experience leading and growing a software product team
