The Role
We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team, focusing on end-to-end recruitment within our specialist technology markets and the renewable energy sector. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in business development, client management, and candidate delivery. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own desk while benefiting from a highly collaborative and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients through outbound sales, networking, and market research.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Identify, attract, and manage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting strategies.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to placement and aftercare.
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to offer insights to clients and candidates.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding for successful placements.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, driving profitability within your market.
Key Requirements
- 2 + Years Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within technology recruitment (Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, or similar is a plus).
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of winning new clients and growing accounts.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems.
