Senior Developer (Dynamics & Azure)

  • London / Reigate (2 days per week, Hybrid Work Model)
  • £90,000 per annum

Synapri are working alongside forward-thinking organisation, committed to leading their niche industry through innovation, customer engagement, and cutting-edge technology solutions. They are looking for a developer to help them leverage their Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and Marketing Automation (365), as well as the Power Platform and Power Automate to optimise their operations and provide unparalleled service to their clients.

As a Senior Developer, you will be playing a crucial role in their technology transformation, using your expertise in API Management, C# or Java frameworks, and ideally you will have had some experience working with React. You will have the opportunity to work with other technologies too, such as Apigee for Dynamics and Genesys integration applications, directly contributing to the development of their digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Marketing Automation 365) with other business systems.
  • Utilise Power Platform and Power Automate to update processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and manage APIs in an Azure environment, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Participate in the migration from on-premises to Azure, designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices.



  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Marketing Automation 365), Power Platform, and Power Automate.
  • Proven experience in API Management and development with C# or Java frameworks.
  • Familiarity with React and modern front-end development practices.
  • Strong background in working within an Azure environment, including experience with cloud migration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
