Dynamics CRM/Power Platform/Automate Developer

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM/Power Platform/Automate Developer to join our client's dynamic and innovative team. This role is crucial for driving digital transformation efforts, focusing on enhancing B2C digital transactions and creating digital customer journeys. You will work with the latest technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Automate, to deliver solutions that meet the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Enhance Solutions:
    • Utilise Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Automate to develop and manage business solutions.
    • Work with Marketing Automation 365 to streamline marketing efforts and customer interactions.
    • Integrate Dynamics via Apigee and manage API interactions to ensure data flow and connectivity.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Leverage C# or Java frameworks to build strong back-end solutions.
    • Use React for front-end development to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
    • Integrate and manage Genesys solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
  • Environment Management:
    • Handle Azure environment management, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
    • Facilitate the transition of solutions from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Customer Journey Optimisation:
    • Work on B2C digital transactions, focusing on creating and improving digital customer journeys.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
    • Ensure all solutions align with business goals and provide a superior customer experience.


  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience with ideally Marketing Automation 365 and API Management.
  • Proficiency in C# or Java frameworks, with a preference for experience in React.
  • Knowledge of Genesys integration and Azure environment management.
  • Strong understanding of B2C digital transactions and complex customer journeys.
  • Background in industries with well-defined customer groups is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage hybrid working arrangements, with a regular presence in both Reigate and London offices.
