Senior Salesforce Manager

Synapri are supporting one of the UK's largest retailers with their search for a Senior Salesforce Manager to lead the growing Salesforce team and drive the tech roadmap. 🚀

Ideally coming from a retail or consumer goods industry, you will have expert knowledge of Salesforce and different Clouds to enable you to fully leverage the Salesforce org, recommend new products and features, and effectively drive the roll out of the platform globally across the business. 🌎

Key skills:

• Expert understanding of Salesforce in Multi-Cloud environments
• Proven experience of leading and growing teams
• Experience of leading global Salesforce roll outs
• Proactive in keeping up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases to drive the architecture and roadmap
• Ability to manage budgets and increase ROI
• 3rd party vendor management
• Although this isn't a hands on, previous hands-on experience with Salesforce will be a huge bonus
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and manage expectations

📍LOCATION: Remote with occasional trips to the London office (circa 1-2x a month)

💰 SALARY: Max £90k + bonus
