Senior Salesforce Developer

Synapri are supporting a Salesforce Summit Partner looking to bring in a Senior Salesforce Developer to act as the technical specialist on a full time permanent basis. Within this role you will be working across requirement workshops, translating business needs into tangible technical specifications, and building out programmatic and declarative solutions to support a variety of enterprise projects.

You’ll be joining one of the standout performers of the year in the SF Partner space, a company who have been in the ecosystem for 10 years and have an established footprint in the market. Alongside working with an established organisation you will also be joining an experienced technical team of onshore developers with a variety of expertise around them.

This position would be ideal for anyone looking for a growth path into a Technical Lead position ideally within the first 3-6 months of joining the business!

 Salary: £80,000 (+/-)

Location: Remote (Once a month in London HQ)

Ideal skills:

• 5+ years of experience working within Salesforce development delivering tailored Salesforce development solutions.
• Salesforce consultancy experience and used to working in a delivery centric environment.
• Extensive development experience across Apex, LWC, VisualForce, Aura, JavaScript etc.
• Somebody who has experience working on multiple projects / multiple workstreams at the same time.
• MuleSoft API integration experience is essential for this role.
• Ideally looking for somebody who wants to progress into a Technical Lead in the next 6-12 months.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

This business are currently working on a variety of Salesforce digital transformation projects including Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft etc.
