Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – FTC

Synapri are working with a Global Salesforce End User within the entertainment sector, who are currently delivering a custom solution built on Salesforce and looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join them on a fixed term contract.

The goal is to rollout the bespoke platform built on Salesforce for their multi-national customer base and support several Salesforce orgs across their 2000 users spreads across 25 countries. They have an extensive Salesforce platform including Sales, Service, Commerce, Experience, Marketing, Pardot, and CPQ.

The responsibilities for the position include:

• Work with stakeholders from across the business to create and optimise Salesforce business processes
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with international stakeholders
• Create documentation including use cases and functional specifications, to capture business needs and share with project stakeholders
• Support testing cycles including regression and UAT testing
• Run weekly Business Analyst review meetings

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Hybrid working (2 days max in the London office)
15 month - Fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Start date: ASAP
