Senior Business Analyst – CRM & ERP Programme

Synapri are supporting a leading tech business with their search for a Senior BA to act as a key contributor to the successful delivery of a CRM and ERP transformation programme operating within an Agile framework. The role requires someone who works closely with the business to understand value drivers, define measurable outcomes, and translate these into clear, actionable requirements for the delivery team. The Senior BA ensures that business needs are met through effective backlog management, process design, and collaboration across delivery, testing, and design functions.

Tools & Platforms

• Jira (backlog and issue management)
• Confluence / SharePoint (documentation and collaboration)
• CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Commercial CRMs and Microsoft Business Central)
• Data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Informatica, SQL-based reporting)

£525 per day Outside IR35 - Remote with occasional travel required.
