Salesforce Trainer

I am currently looking for a Salesforce Trainer to join a fast growing analytics business on a full time basis. This is a slightly more unique position as this customer is looking for somebody who can provide Salesforce user training and help with platform adoption but also someone who is commercially minded and can help them to enhance their Sales process via Salesforce.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Location: Remote with 2 days required in Sussex

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging training sessions to individuals and teams on Salesforce best practices and advanced functionalities.
• Develop customized training materials to meet diverse learner needs, from beginners to advanced users.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and innovations to ensure cutting-edge training.
• Support trainees with ongoing mentorship and post-training assistance to ensure successful adoption.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Salesforce professional with a strong background in administration and training
• Comprehensive sales experience
• Confident presenting skills both individually and in large groups
• Ability to translate technical information into practical, user-friendly training
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Proven experience in delivering both virtual and in-person training
• Ability to tailor training programs to diverse industry needs
