One of our key customers in the consultancy space are on the hunt for a new Salesforce Technical Lead to join their team at a critical time of growth. This client is a boutique consultancy who work across both SMB and enterprise customers to deliver tailored Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Analytics solutions!

Our client is looking for a hands on Technical Lead Consultant who has significant Salesforce expertise and a solution-driven mindset in order to create technical architectural designs, carry out data modelling tasks and managing pre sales initiatives to help solve complex technical challenges using best Salesforce best practices. Within this position you will be seen as a thought leader in the team providing guidance and support for internal consultants and existing customers while acting as a SME facilitating design discovery seasons to understand unique business needs. Location: Hybrid with London travel 1-3 days in office weekly

Salary: Up to £85,000 plus bonus and an excellent benefits package

Ideal skills:

• At least 4+ years hands-on experience in an enterprise technical/solution architect role, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Proven customer facing skills with the ability to work with all areas of the business and stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Technical, Application or System Architect
• Demonstrated development expertise including Java, Javascript, APEX, Visualforce, APIs (REST, SOAP), Integration and lightening framework
• Experience with microservices architecture, integration/middleware, source control, CI/CD deployment and Security  
• Previous experience in managing pre sales activities
• Consultancy experience
