Are you an experienced Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager looking to embark on a new programme of work for a global High-Tech business? If so, please see below.

One of our key customers are currently on the hunt for a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to join an in-flight enterprise Service Excellence programme. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across both Service Cloud and ServiceMax ensuring best practices and aligning the delivery of this programme. The ideal person coming onboard to support will have extensive experience in delivering global enterprise implementations in an Agile methodology across multiple regions.

Location: Remote either UK or Europe

Duration: Initial 6 months

Rate: Outside IR35 - DOE

Ideal skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce delivery projects with strong product knowledge of Service Cloud.
  • Experience of delivering either FSL or ServiceMax.
  • Strong experience in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Confident in Jira, including JQL queries and dashboard creation for reporting.
  • Ability to manage and track dependencies that fall outside of the Agile delivery process, ensuring alignment with other teams or vendors operating under different methodologies.
  • RAID management skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience managing distributed teams across different time zones.
