Salesforce Technical Architect

Are you an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect looking to embark on a new role starting into 2025? If so please see below!

Synapri have partnered with a global end customer who are looking to bring onboard a Salesforce Technical Architect at a critical time of growth. This organisation has some exciting initiatives heading into 2025 utilising Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing Cloud and B2B Commerce.

Looking to establish a new Centre of Excellence they have no signs of slowing down their transformation initiatives and therefore are looking to add a new Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership in designing and implementing highly scalable Salesforce solutions. Working with internal & external stakeholders you will be gathering requirements and translating those into technical solutions, providing technical programme governance and as well as taking on the lead for technical discussions to provide guidance to development teams. Within this role you will be hands on where needed and take ownership in troubleshooting issues to ensure the platform is maximised to its full functionality.

Location: Remote first with 2x weekly travel to Surrey

Salary: +/- £100,000 - £120,000 plus bonus and package

Ideal skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect working in large scale complex environments
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application/System Architect)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Core Cloud and Field Service
• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and third-party systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
