Salesforce Solution Architect

My client is looking for a skilled Salesforce professional to support major initiatives involving Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Automation, and AI tools (Einstein/AgentForce). The role involves working across IT, business, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Service Cloud:
• Architect end-to-end solutions and integrations (e.g., SAP, Genesys)
• Lead workshops, document architecture, and drive best practices
• Marketing Automation Cloud:
• Provide architectural support and documentation
• Ensure integration with existing Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Customer Enablement Strategy:
• Drive customer engagement architecture and automation opportunities
• Develop PoCs/PoVs to improve workflows
• Salesforce AI Foundations:
• Stay current with AI advancements
• Support integration of Agentforce and MS Copilot capabilities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Automation
• Understanding of AI in Salesforce
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Genesys
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills

Location: 2 or 3 days a week in London.
