Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for shaping end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from strategic design to technical execution. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce architectures. Your expertise will guide solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.

You will lead architectural design sessions, define integration strategies, oversee data modelling, and provide governance to ensure consistency across projects. You’ll mentor consultants and developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, balancing technical depth with a clear understanding of business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Define multi-cloud strategies, roadmap planning, and governance models.
• Oversee functional design documentation and ensure solution alignment throughout delivery.
• Provide thought leadership, client advisory, and pre-sales support when needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce-based business solutions in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into Salesforce architecture and roadmap design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Solution Architect or Application Architect preferred.
