Salesforce Manager

Synapri are currently working with a large business in the non-profit sector who are on the lookout for a Salesforce Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of administrators and to provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks. You will be overseeing the administration and customization of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its effective use across all departments. This individual will play a key role in managing the Salesforce team, developing strategies to optimize the platform's functionality, and driving user adoption through training and support. You will also have to collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

What they are looking for:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce solutions within an organization.
• Experience within the non-profit industry (Must have)
