Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Synapri are currently partnered with a rapidly growing tech-driven Telco business who are looking to hire a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to drive their Salesforce roadmap and lead a team.

My client are looking for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career with room to grow, while already having a solid understanding of key architectural principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and driving end to end Salesforce architecture and data model
• Enforcing best practice to ensure high standards are maintained at all times
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and software releases to make suggestions on the platform
• Handling and distributing all change requests
• Designing sustainable and practical solutions that maximise ROI
• Creating and maintaining a dashboard to measure all change initiatives and KPIs/OKRs
• Manage and mentor a small team to drive maximum efficiency and support them through their career development

Key skills:

• Proven, commercial experience as an Enterprise or Solutions architect including designing systems architecture, data modelling and leading large digital transformation projects
• Excellent understanding of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
• Salesforce experience (Sales and Service as a minimum, additional clouds such as Comms Cloud would be an added bonus)
• Salesforce certifications and/or practitioner qualifications such as Agile or ITIL
• Experience with elevating CX to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to map customer journeys and business process
• Proven experience of working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability

📍 LOCATION: Hybrid in London

💰 SALARY: Up to £90,000 + benefits
