Salesforce Development Manager

Synapri are looking for a Salesforce Development Manager to lead a high-performing development team and drive the technical strategy for a major Salesforce transformation. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Developer with coaching/mentoring knowledge to take the next step down the managerial route.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee the full development lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery, manage releases and environments, and introduce strong engineering standards to reduce technical debt and improve platform stability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with a large project portfolio upcoming.

Required experience:

• Strong Salesforce technical background (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations).
• Experience leading development teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, etc.).
• Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects.

Location: East Midlands/Hybrid
