Salesforce Developer

Synapri are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a UK Public Sector Organisation to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives and enhance user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient Salesforce applications in an agile environment.

Experience

• Proven experience developing in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within complex environments.
• Experience supporting data migration projects using ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, including governor limits and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on experience working within scrum and agile methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, including Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required).

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Salesforce-specific DevOps tools such as Gearset.
• Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute effectively to code reviews.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.

Remote (ad-hoc travel to client site)
Initial contract up to the end of March 2026
