Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Salesforce solutions withing a consulting environment for our client’s customers. 

Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that optimise their business operations. You’ll be responsible for understanding their needs, designing effective systems, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, gaining a deep understanding of business processes and objectives.
  • Partner with clients to collect, define, and confirm both functional and technical requirements.
  • Design and recommend Salesforce-based solutions that reflect best practices and align with organisational goals.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Manage and support data migration from legacy platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Plan, develop, and conduct system testing to confirm performance, reliability, and functionality.
  • Deliver end-user training sessions and provide guidance to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce tools.
  • Produce detailed documentation, including workflow diagrams, configuration details, and user manuals.
  • Contribute to project coordination activities such as scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk or issue management.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role, with demonstrable success in solution delivery.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including (but not limited to) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud. Experience with Data Cloud or Revenue Cloud would be highly desirable 
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate business challenges into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
