Salesforce Business Analyst

Synapri is supporting a manufacturing business with their search for a Salesforce Business Analyst.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the Business Applications team, responsible for supporting and optimizing Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), and the implementation and ongoing management of their new enterprise quoting sales process.
This role blends business analysis, systems thinking, project coordination, training, and analytics. The BA will partner closely with Sales, Estimating, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure that technology aligns with business needs and delivers measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Support & Business Analysis
- Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for requirements gathering, troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support.
- Analyse business processes within Sales, Estimating, Marketing, and Operations; recommend and implement Salesforce-based improvements.
- Provide detailed reports tailored to leadership needs for actionable company direction.
- Support data quality through audits, clean-up processes, and governance best practices.
- Develop documentation including process maps, requirements, training materials, and SOPs.
Account Engagement (Pardot) Support
- Support Hollman’s marketing team, ensuring seamless syncing with Salesforce and accurate reporting to develop static, dynamic, and suppression lists.
- Monitor database hygiene, email compliance, and system health.
Reporting & Leadership Analytics
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Executives, and Operations.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics, including pipeline health, lead conversion, quoting activity, and Marketing influence.
- Analyse data trends to identify process gaps and opportunities.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analytics requests tied to sales forecasting, quoting velocity, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce, business analysis, or CRM support.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (flows, reports, fields, permissions).
- Working knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Strong process analysis skills with the ability to break down workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional business users.
- Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce and Business Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting quoting tools, CPQ processes, or complex sales workflows.
- Prior experience supporting Sales teams and creating digestible reporting.
- Background in manufacturing, B2B sales operations, or similar industries.
