Salesforce Business Analyst

Synapri have partnered with a Higher Education institution to support an integration between their internal Salesforce and Student Record System. They are looking for an experienced contract Salesforce Business Analyst to work in conjunction with the stakeholders and technical teams to design the integration plan, technical specification for the development teams, and lead the integration testing.

The role responsibilities include:

• Define detailed integration designs in line with overall solution architecture and business requirements.
• Complete technical data mappings between source and target utilising a standardised data model.
• Maintain and own these mappings through the lifecycle of the programme .
• Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify integration requirements and opportunities.
• Provide input through analysis and design, gap analysis, high level and technical/functional system design and specifications, development, deployment, documentation.
• Run technical workshops as required in order to ensure completeness of technical requirements, architecture and design. 
• Define technical test cases for all Integrations passing through the design process and document these tests within Jira.
• Execute the technical tests, raising defects as appropriate and completing all required executing recording via Jira.
• Provide handover of Integration tests to programme test team for inclusion in SIT and UAT.

Ideal start date: Mid March

Rate: £350-£450 (DOE)

Outside IR35

Remote (ad-hoc travel to Campus)

Duration: 3 month (initial contract)

Experience required:

• Experienced working on Salesforce Digital Transformation projects
• Previously worked at a Higher Education organisation or worked with Student Record Systems (for example SITS)
• Comfortable managing expectations of C-Level stakeholders in workshops, meetings, and presentations
