Salesforce Business Analyst
Salesforce Business Analyst required on a permanent basis to come onboard and support a leading Salesforce Consultancy at a time of critical growth! Our client are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to come onboard to help deliver innovative Salesforce implementations to forward-thinking customers across a number of different industries. As our client continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in optimizing the Salesforce platform.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to our Salesforce platform. You will be the bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical team, ensuring that Salesforce is configured and customized to meet evolving needs.
Ideal experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working on the Salesforce Platform
- Constancy experience
-Strong experience of managing Stakeholders
-Successful background in delivering E2E Salesforce implementations
-Experienced in gathering requirements, running workshops and delivering demos
-Strong customer facing skills
-Background in translating process mapping user stories and requirements into Salesforce Solutions
