Salesforce Architect

Synapri are looking for a Salesforce Architect from a development background to support a large Salesforce platform and play a key role in shaping its future. You’ll define the architecture, set engineering standards, and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, and well-designed Salesforce solutions that support major business transformation.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, PMO, Architecture and business stakeholders to design robust solutions, lead research and development activities, design Proof of Concepts for new products, features, and ensure the platform evolves in the right way.

Required experience:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning, APIs, integration patterns, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Strong understanding of architecture and scalable solution design.
• Experience leading development teams or providing technical mentoring.
• Background working in Agile environments with CI/CD/DevOps processes.
