Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Location: London with Hybrid working between the London office and from home.

Synapri are supporting a Salesforce Partner with over 10 years’ experience and a global footprint in the ecosystem with their search for a new Marketing Manager.

This business are looking for somebody who can own and manage their digital marketing strategy for the foreseeable future.

They're looking for somebody who can:

• Develop and deploy marketing strategies aligned with business goals & objectives across UK and European offices. ]
• Lead and manage offshore Marketing Execs - which includes setting objectives, performance management and development of their expertise.
• Oversee, develop and deploy marketing campaigns across multiple channels including : SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email and Content Marketing.
• Understand and own marketing ROI through marketing performance reviews and strategy optimisation.
• Maintain strong brand identity but embedding themselves into the business, understand values and core & maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders.

Ideally they'd like somebody with the below experience:

• Proven track record in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience managing remote teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related.
• Some experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or SF Marketing Automation tools would be beneficial.
• Somebody who knows the Salesforce ecosystem is highly preferred.
