IAM BAU Process Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Head of Identity with the operational Identity and Access Management processes of National Highways as they are delivered into BAU by the IAM Programme, in line with the agreed Key Performance Indicators as defined and approved as part of the IAM Service Design.
 

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of proven demonstratable experience in operational process analysis and business support in similar customer environments.
• Knowledge of IAM platforms, concepts, processes, and standards.
• Demonstratable experience in supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and access management business processes.
• Ability to provide input to and influence IAM service delivery.
• Experience of non-technical IAM issue identification and resolution.

Our client operates remote working first, occasional client site visits will be required into Birmingham or other office locations as required.
