HR Functional Consultant (D365)
Our client is about to undertake a digital transformation for the HR and Finance Operations functions across the organisation. They have identified that they need to implement a new system, and that Microsoft Dynamics is the most suitable option. This will initially be a FinOps and HR module implementation, followed potential solutions to support these functions.
Experience
- Hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Technical expertise of FinOps software implementation and project life cycles and methodologies.
- Track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects, to time and budget, with good knowledge of Project Management Accounting.
- Ability to business partner and requirements gather with the wider business, specifically Project Management Lifecycle, Land, Loans & Grants into the HR & Finance function.
- Integration experience with Dynamics 365
- Strong HR background
- Functional Consultant Background / Have written functional design docs
Activities
- Lead business engagement
- Lead business requirements workshops
- Setup and configuration of application modules in line with business requirements
- System playbacks to business
- Identify system gaps
- Develop and maintain FDDs at each stage.
- Testing data migration cycles based on documentation.
- Provide system and solution advice and guidance.
- Capture configuration changes and apply changes to designated environments.
- Support knowledge transfer to business SME’s (not end users).
- Provide QA of all bespoke development and interfaces.
