Business Analyst

Location: London - Hybrid (40% on-site)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and technologies.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and data modelling using Excel, Power Query and Power Automate and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with a wide range of analysis and modelling techniques and the ability to select and use the most appropriate ones to support the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation and improvement of systems and services.
• A meticulous approach to data analysis, process documentation and report design to ensure accuracy and quality.
• An ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• An ability to explain technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences and document and present findings in an accessible and easy to understand way.  
• A proactive “can do” problem-solving approach to address data challenges and the ability to adapt to changing requirements, business priorities, and technological advancements.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with developers, data engineers, and other team members in multidisciplinary projects. The ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• A professional qualification in Business, Data or Systems Analysis, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience as a technical business analyst or in similar roles.
