They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager to join the team and help drive their mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals. Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions.
• Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle. Define product requirements, create roadmaps, and prioritise features to deliver exceptional products.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support. Collaborate seamlessly with external partners and clients to gather feedback and understand market requirements.
• Agile Execution: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle ambiguity with grace. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a focus on delivering results within tight timelines.
• Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all teams are aligned and well-informed about product development.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the FinTech industry's latest trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• User-Centric Focus: Champion the user's perspective throughout the product development process. Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within the FinTech industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a dynamic scale-up environment.
• An in-depth understanding of financial technology, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Innovative mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding products.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
