Synapri are recruiting for Product Change Analyst opportunity with a scaling bank in London that’s building innovative capabilities and  redefining the banking experience.

They are looking for a Product Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and  delivering change across the organisation, from launching new products to driving major  transformation programmes.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in shaping and delivering change across the organisation, from launching new products to driving major transformation programmes.

• Communicates clearly, confidently, and empathetically.
• Ideally experience working in banks, scaling banks, fintech and general financial services environments.
• Can switch seamlessly between topics, from Technology, APIs and payment rules,  banking to risk, controls, risk, compliance or agile delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Drive strategic and product change initiatives across the business, utilising the NPAP (New Product Approval Process) or other frameworks to enable the approval and launch of new products.
• Translate regulatory, technological, and strategic goals into actionable outcomes.
• Lead business requirements, user stories, and readiness criteria for delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Customer Service) for smooth implementation.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate change impacts, benefits, and risks.
