Payments Product Manager

My client is a leading Payments Service Provider, and they are recruiting for a Product Manager with a strong background in UK Payment Schemes and good understanding of payment Infrastructure operations and Software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities and competencies.

• Working with the CPO and Head of product you will work the creation and maintenance of the roadmap and its delivery.
• Experience with domestic payment schemes FPS, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, and Cross Border Payments or Payment Gateways.
• Experience in end-to-end product ownership working directly with engineers, ideally with experience in open API and event driven based architectures.
• Strong understanding of payment operational infrastructure.
• Own the payment product roadmap and engineering squad capacity to deliver exceptional products.
• Experience working in fintech or fast paced agile payment services providers.
• Lead multi-departmental and stakeholder story-mapping, requirements, process-mapping, and solution design workshops.
• To act a servant-leader to your scrum teams – articulating visions, requirements, drawing process flows (current and future), writing requirements, and maintaining a healthy backlog.
• Strong experience as a Product Owner with a track record of delivering value and innovative change in challenging environments.

Permanent role
Salary Expectations 80,000 to £120,000 depending on experience.
Office Location: London - Hybrid working
