Operational Resilience Manager

Our client is a leading financial services trade body who are searching for Operational Resilience manager with experience with Crisis Management, Incident Management and strong experience with policy and regulatory domain.

• You will be responsible for supporting the team with operational resilience within the banking and insurance space.
• Supporting the incident management process for the industry, and lead operational resilience policy positions, with a focus on upcoming regulatory changes.
• Provide support to improve the operational resilience skills of clients, offering training, guidance, and publications.            

Experience:

• Strong background in operational resilience, incident management crisis management.
• Proven experience in advocacy and working with internal/external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial and technology sectors, regulators, and government bodies,
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship management, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: London - Hybrid working 2/3 days a week.

Salary Range: £60,000 to £80,000 - Depending on Experience.
