1st Line Analyst
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Synapri are currently recruiting for the world’s leading sports betting consultancy, who are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join the helpdesk function.
You will ensure that requests and incidents are resolved to a high standard, within a timely fashion, you will be troubleshooting and remediating issues that impact users.
- Excellent customer support skills, confident in dealing with VIPS
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Ability to adapt, troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of IT Issues
- Effective time/workload prioritistion in a fast paced environment
- Timely escalation of issues and problems in a concise way to senior engineers
- Previous experience of working at the 1st line level beneficial
- Microsoft windows 10
- Office 365 product support
- User administration and MFA Setup
- Active Directory, Service Now
- Desktop support of various 3rd party applications
- Microsoft Server and Linux Operating systems – Advantageous
- Virtualisation technology experience – also advantageous
- Mainstream Office-based technologies
- An understanding/awareness of AWS, Azure Cloud Platforms
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
1 Weekend in 6, on call rota split across earlies, mids and lates.
