M365 Technical Project Manager

M365 Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst required to work for a boutique Microsoft Specialist consultancy to deliver Microsoft 365 (M365) services for a key Chinese client. This unique project requires delivering M365 solutions via 21Vianet and ensuring compliance with the regulations behind China’s national firewall.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end M365 deployment for a major client in China, ensuring seamless integration with 21Vianet’s infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Technical Consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver a high-quality M365 solution.
• Ensure the project complies with Chinese regulatory requirements, including the deployment behind the Chinese firewall.
• Manage the relationship with the client, translating complex technical requirements into clear project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports, keeping all stakeholders informed of project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on leadership in the implementation and configuration of M365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and international teams.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience with cloud solutions and digital transformation projects, especially within China.
