ADFS Lead

ADFS Lead required to work with a global consultancy organisation who are working on a large transformation to build and run a migration factory for a leading healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, deployment, and management of Active Directory Federation Service and Entra ID environments, focusing on SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Certificate-Based Authentication.
- Manage and integrate Enterprise Apps within Entra ID.
- Oversee and run a migration factory to modernise identity systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance identity security solutions using Power Apps and cloud-based tools.
- Ensure high availability, security compliance, and disaster recovery for identity systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for team members.
Required Technical Skills:
- ADFS, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Modern Authentication, Certificate-Based Authentication, Power Apps
- Experience building and managing migration factories for IAM projects.
