Senior Service Delivery Manager

Senior Service Management and Delivery Manager required to lead on long-term service delivery strategy, process optimisation and capability management for a Service Desk team, as our client kick off a large business-wide transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Service Desk Function, continuously improving ways of working, ITIL processes, service management and delivery, performance metrics, and creating a strong positive team ethos during a transformation period and beyond.

Our client is looking for a leader with proven experience in previous transformative roles of ITIL including incident, problem, change and capacity management. They need someone who can collaborate and communicate with other members of senior management to ensure alignment to business objectives and discuss and challenges and opportunities to drive change.

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing service management and service delivery strategy.
  • Experience managing a Service Desk team.
  • Experience increasing productivity through understanding KPI and metrics.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes.

This is a hybrid position, 2 to 3 days per week in East Midlands and offering a competitive salary/package.
