IT Support Engineer

About the Role:

IT Support Engineer required to work for a leading managed services organisation supporting businesses in the Kent region, maintaining their strong reputation by providing expert technical support and engaging directly with end-clients.

The successful candidate will  be very technically hands-on and able to work under pressure to provide face-to-face support, resolving critical issues and incidents with quick turn around to ensure minimal impact to customer operations. This role requires someone hard-working, efficient, and with strong communication skills.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Windows Server, Office365
• Knowledge of wireless, WAN and wired LAN technologies
• Hardware and device support experience
• Driver’s license

This role is based in the Kent region and required someone who is able to drive to various client sites. Our client are looking for someone dynamic and personable who strives for consistency and quality in their work and looking to further their career in IT.
