HR Advisor/Manager

- £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Synapri are currently working with a Private Members’ Club who are currently looking to onboard a HR Advisor/Manager to work directly under the Director of HR and help develop the HR function.
The successful candidate will build out an amazing internal team, and ensure smooth internal functions which include payroll, employee relations, orientation/recognition/development programmes, and training. You should have strong experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably within hospitality or retail, and able to promote a motivating and engaging company culture.
Essential skills:
- Experience within recruitment and payroll
- CIPD certification
- Creating training programmes
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and GDPR
