D365 F&O Business Change

My client is a global leading manufacturing organisation, they are recruiting for a D365 F&O Business Change & Transformation Manager.

The D365 F&O Business Change & Transformation Manager will support the operational Change and Business readiness programme. This will span across 10 sites globally.

This role will be accountable for end user Training and will lead the development of a practical end user support model for the successful adoption and on-going support of the D365 F&O solution, and new ways of working post go-live. Post live, the role will provide system and end user support as defined in the support model and work with Finance and Operations to provide ongoing training support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational readiness and adoption of D365 F&O within the framework of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Facilitate the development of necessary skills within F&O functions to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Implement project methodologies for leading change management activities.
  • Design and execute a structured change leadership approach for effective D365 F&O deployment.
  • Utilise strong Stakeholder Engagement & Communications skills to influence stakeholders and staff across the organization.
  • Identify, onboard, and empower Super Users across sites to drive local change confidently.
  • Deliver comprehensive Training & Learning documentation to support user proficiency.

Fully Remote: UK only occasional travel to Cheltenham

£650pd Outside IR35 – Open to discuss.
