Data Architect

Data Architect required to join an established broadcasting organisation who are building out a brand-new data team and looking for someone to take full ownership over the design of data solutions and integration into AWS cloud to ensure data is being used for the purpose of maximising consumer engagement.

Our client are looking for someone to architect scalable solutions that are proportional to the fast growing needs of the business, ensure data lineage, validation, observability, clean code quality, and appropriate tooling are in place. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of AWS Cloud services for a minimum of 5 years and how to integrate them into data architecture.

Required Technical Skills:

• Designing/architecting reliable and scalable data solutions
• Expert technical knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, and RDS)
• Data modelling, ETL, and data warehousing
• Data storage and processing
• Data Build Tool (DBT)
• Data governance tools and policies
• Python or SQL
