Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Synapri are currently working with a well-established, financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join their international cyber security team to support on cloud transformations and projects.
The successful candidate would have solid knowledge and experience with Azure and Microsoft Security tools, as well as experience with GRC (governance, risk, compliance) and security best practices.
Our client are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can easily collaborate with cross-functional security teams (including architecture, operations, networking), PMO function and senior stakeholders.
Essential skills:
- Strong experience with Information Security Controls, vulnerability and risk management, and understanding of the current threat landscape.
- Strong understanding of or experience building a Cloud Centre of Excellence
