Opportunity Overview:
Cloud Application / Systems Admin Specialist required for a 6-month contract working with a global non profit company. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of internal applications, including D365, SAP, and bespoke Microsoft platforms. The successful candidate will be at the forefront ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient 1st & 2nd line support for internal applications, resolving tickets and escalating issues, as necessary.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to D365, SAP, and bespoke Microsoft platforms using PowerApps, SQL, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Serve in a customer-facing capacity, providing support and maintaining strong relationships with internal users.
  • Collaborate with the broader tech DevOps function to enhance and sustain the system infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure support or system administration, with a focus on D365, SAP, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Expertise in PowerApps, SQL, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with using Jira for ticketing and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members and internal customers.

The length of the contract is 6 months with potential of an extension.
