Head of PMO

Head of PMO / Senior PMO Manager required for an opportunity to join a Nottingham based financial service business embarking on an exciting period of transformation and change.

Our client are looking to hire an experienced Head of PMO / Senior PMO manager to shape and build an agile delivery focused PMO function. The candidate hired will be expected to implement strategy to support exciting programme and project delivery as well as manage operational day to day across a small team of experience PMO analysts.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in portfolio management and strategic planning within a PMO context.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PMO tools and methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• Passion for strategic thinking, with experience in business analysis, strategy development, business case development and Change Management.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience of building and shaping successful PMO teams within business who have undergone transformation and change.

Hybrid working set up – 2 days onsite per week. Great package offered.
