Technical Recruiter

Our client, a leading Technology Consultancy are seeking x2 Technical Recruiters to join the permanent vacancies team on a contract basis, with a high chance of this becoming a PERMANENT position. The ideal candidates will have 3+ years in Technical Recruitment and experience working multiple roles at once within either Software Development or the CRM space. Alongside this, you will be working closely with Hiring Managers and the medium sized permanent recruitment team (10 members) to help grow the business with outstanding technical talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening technical candidates
  • Writing adverts, using job boards and LinkedIn to headhunt candidates
  • Identify and assess suitable talent using sourcing techniques and interviewing methodologies
  • Balancing multiple roles at once and ensuring each role is covered adequately

Skills and Experience:

  • Technical recruitment knowledge
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Able to use own initiate to prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Great communication/relationship building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders/candidates at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure independently
