Technical Product Owner

A Technical Product owner role has just become live at a Global Security company based in London.

This role will be within the product-squad where you will be working to solve business based and customer problems. The product squads are cross-functional and durable, the team you will be working with is comprised of a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner (you), Product Designer and several Product Engineers.

As the Technical Product Owner, you will co-ordinate the focus and collaboration of a product squad towards delivering effective solutions and outcomes.

While each member of the product squad may be accountable for a specific solution area, as PO you will understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the product squad contributing their passion and their ideas. You will work closely with your Product Manager(s), Product Designer and Engineers to discover effective solutions, and then work together with the business enablement and Product Management Marketing and teams to deliver those solutions to market.

Some of the key accountabilities to this role are:

• Organising the agile practices and ceremonies with the team.
• Analyse the dependencies and priorities and help to eliminate blockers.
• Providing up-to-date tracking/status information and translate into layman’s terms for stakeholders.
• Collect, sanitise, and normalise requirements from multiple sources.
• Work with team to create user-stories and solutions to reflect business requirements.
• Lead review of Product-Engineering optimisation strategies.
• Play an agile servant leadership role within the product squad.

This team are using a tech stack of React, MuleSoft and Salesforce, any experience with any of these tools would be advantageous.
