Tech Lead

Synapri are currently working with a global Sports Broadcasting and Media partner who are looking for a Technical Lead to support design and development of solutions with their talented team of Software Engineers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and training the more junior team members, as well as collaborating with cross functional teams to develop high-performance enterprise applications.
This is a fully hands-on position requiring very strong technical skills with the following:
- Extensive experience with Java programming and relevant Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of REST API development
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architectures
- Experience with Engineering Best Practices (OO, Design Patterns, SOLID, SDLC)
- Understanding of the benefits/constraints of SaaS and PaaS
- Cloud-based software (preference- Azure)
