Solutions / Development Architect

  • £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Solutions / Development Architect required for an exciting opportunity to work with our client are a global leading sports broadcasting and media company. Our client provide services to global gaming companies. They are looking to hire an Architect to join their expanding Architecture function. The ideal fit will be someone who has come from a software development background. The successful candidate will provide, innovation and solution design to internal and external customers. Working with colleagues in Technology, Product, Software Delivery and PMO, you will work collaboratively to help solve business problems, helping deliver international growth by delivering new solutions and the ability to scale and improve the stability of existing systems.

The successful candidate hired will be joining a bleeding edge tech environment comprising of modern Java and .NET applications all running within Azure cloud first platforms.

We would be very keen to speak to anyone with the following experience:

  • Architect and design experience, specifically focused within software development projects.
  • A background of working as a software developer, within ideally Java or .NET environments, however broader software experience considered.
  • Strong experience working within agile environments.
  • An understanding of cloud environments.
  • Experience of explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining and developing high-volume, scalable architectures and infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) in an enterprise scale environment.

Our client operates a flexible working environment, however the ability to work onsite in Milton Keynes as and when required is key. This role also offers an excellent package along with a competitive salary.
