Solutions Designer

Solutions Designer required for a leading Technology Consultancy working on a contract basis. This is supporting one of their banking clients who is starting to revamp their payments solutions. A good understanding of Cloud and Microservices is a must, as their private cloud must integrate with cloud hosted Payment Gateways.

The Solution Designer must have an understanding of the following platforms:

• Rest API
• Microservices
• NoSQL database such as MongoBD
• Streaming and Integration services such as Kafka
• Azure experience essential

Requirements:

• Provide recommendations to the vendor and E2E solution architecture design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business targets and support delivery outcomes
• Work alongside other Architects to perform a successful delivery of program streams and individual projects
• Advise on the effective use of solutions and architectures to achieve business goals in line with the overall Enterprise Architecture and business requirements
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect ensuring that Solution Architectures are in alignment with the overall EA and Technology strategy
• Uphold the architectural governance principles and good implementation design for architectural deliverables
